The way people say "If I was president in America" and yet rarely think of president in a realistic way...it is very difficult...mind you I think a house plant could do a better job then Bush...but that's just Mikey's opinion.

The moment anything happens that's negative we all become Xenophobic madmen in America! After 9/11 everyone decided Muslims were pure evil demons who worship some evil deity know as Allah (Which is just another word for God...you know like from the bible) (Muslims are not the enemy, Radical Muslim Terrorists are, I suggest reading the book Reconciliation by Benazir Bhutto. Wonderful reading! Really!) and must be distrusted! Soon every bad thing that happens was terrorist MUSLIMS! Beware! Gee even I could tell from the very beginning what that was leading to! I remember being in school and some younger students were talking about how we should nuke those dirty Middle Eastern towel heads and it made me sick, is this what most children think like....I could only imagine what there parents were like. I'm sorry I'm kinda rambling....but the paranoia only feeds our American inability to see past our shores. Sea to Shining Sea....what about what's in between those seas.

I mean the arrogance of our country sometimes sickens me (I'm not saying I'm perfect or anything but come on), and I realised we pipe this arrogance into the minds of children like there's nothing more important then American Pride. Like how I once was watching a children show (I have much younger sibling) and they had an episode about What-if- America hadn't won the revolutionary war! There was no electricity (which in itself is a sicking laugh), no light, no cars, everyone had bad teeth, spoke in really over the top British accents, they where completly uneducated, and that kinda stuff....are you telling me that if we didn't win the first time one of these possibles may have happend!

1) We'd try again at a later date!
2) Someone else would have invented cars and such!
3) They already knew what electricity was Benjamin Franklin didn't discover it! He only showed that without any doubt Lighting and Electrictic where one in the same!
4) The world would have continued to devlope anyway!

I mean it's not like the world began with America!
Oh wait I forgot if you open any religious text what so ever it starts with!
"In the begining there was but only America!"
I have other issues but it's late and I have a headache now...

Anti-fat bigotry and what it has lead to.

Gahhhh I hate fat people....kidding...I'm fat...no I mean it! (I must lighten tension)

Also the statement as American as Apple Pie makes no sense, but that's for another day!

The modern automobile was not invented by an American.

The modern automobile was not invented by an American.

That wasn't my point. I'm saying that it made it seem like without America the world would forever remain unchanging....
Thus showing our unbearable pride and arrogance. I mean not everyone thinks that way though, but when people who have a heavy influence on children (everyone knows that people love dumping kids in front of the TV) show stuff like that it's more sick then funny there's no value in it sense it's completely lacking any reasoning and is frankly kinda stupid.
I mean when I was a kid I had no idea there was anywhere outside of America...why? (I could have just went to a really lousy school though) No body bothered to tell me about any of those "lesser" countries until later. Sorry I'm ranting.

*I was being sarcastic with the "lesser" countries thing...of course everyone already knows that I'm sure.

Anti-fat bigotry and what it has lead to.

Word.

You know... I never generally use that word as such, but it really is the only thing that I could think of that might communicate properly my level of agreement.
