I started a fresh file of CT(us version) with the chrono compendium translation.Im pretty far in(In the factory in the future). However, I heard the JPN version had an extra feature or something. Is this true? Because it would be a pain in the ass to start over(unless a US save state can be used on the JPN version; can it?)

No extra feature that I'm aware of...and yes, you can use a save state from one version to another usually (as long as they're renamed accordingly)...though I'm not sure about a patched version...

The Japanese menu displays the number of items you have of something in an extra place, and there's also a crude piece of official art that you can see after a certain ending. You can also see it on the Translation Differences article.
