A futuristic Leene Square?

I found something unusual while using Temporal Flux. I was going through all the locations and at the location 02C there was a location called "Leene Square (Future)." It appeared to have a structure similar to the arch that had Leene's Bell in it normally but I cant remember where it was ever used. I was wondering if anyone had seen it in the game or if it had ever been used.

It's in Robo's ending.  He appears out of a gate where I think he runs into Atropos right there.  Although, the final CT version of Leene Square is much smaller then the pre-release one.

Don't know how to get the ending? I think you get it by beating Lavos after finding out Tata is the Hero but not getting the Hero Medal

I am not sure, but that ending is "the oath", one of the coolest. The area is just shown for a short time as far as I remember(and much cooler stuff happens later).

Thanks. I haven't tried getting any of these endings yet! The only ones I've seen are:
 1.the regular one where Epoch is destroyed and Chrono is alive
 2. the programmer's ending :p
