Shop Replacement Editor
« on: July 14, 2008, 11:30:48 pm »
Hey,

So don't get to excited the shop editor on the compendium already is far and wide better for 90% of projects.  However, I developed this as an internal tool for CE and thought I'd share it.  It allows you to change items in shops via replacing the items instead of moving all item data to a new location (like the current editor).  This is useful if you are worried that TF is going to eventually start writing into free space the shop editor uses and thus overwrite your Shop data or worse...you edit a shop and it overwrites a part of a  location you created in TF thus corrupting that location.

Sounds good but doesn't run on Windows XP PRO 64-bit.  :(

Gives me some crap how it's not made to run on my OS.

Ha not sure why it says gmail up there I can't edit messages on my phone. However I did a little research and it seems like visual studio and .net should take car of things for me (and that is why I love c# and encourage everyone to try it out) ill check my compiler settings later when I get home.

I'll try installing VisualStudio and see if it gives me that "Hella-Annyoing" Just-in-time debugger bullshit.
Compatability mode doesn't work, but I'll keep you informed.
