Anyone know of a program capable of slicing an image into tiles of user-defined size? I thought these things were a dime a dozen, but my Google searches have turned up nothing. This would make my CT background insertion tutorial soooo much easier to write.

Do you mean just break an image into individual tile images and export each and every one of them into a folder as sequentially named images? Or do you mean something that looks for patterns in an image and then figures out the best way to split it into tiles of X by Y size?

If it's the first one, I can write some Script-Fu for The GIMP for you real quick.

Option #1, but don't worry about it; it doesn't seem like the tilesets I'm building right now are all that extensive after all. I'm just peeved that I saw a standalone program that does this five years ago, and didn't download the darn thing.
