This year a brazilian cosplay teather group called WOW Group came to Kodama 2008 and Anime Dreams 2008 with a Chrono Trigger / Chrono Cross teather. Unfortunatelly, I wasn't there to watch...

I believe it's about a group of cosplayers...I don't see what exactly confused you except for maybe the word, "teather", which I can only assume is meant to be the word, "theater"?
