Yes, CTU was originally started by Andrew "Cryokenetic" Himes. After he made 10 episodes he found that he actually loathed working with Flash all the time, and no longer desired to make CTU any longer. He proposed at first that he would finish releasing the series purely in a script format, but I asked him if I could continue animating it for him. He was very impressed with the flash animation samples - as well as some writing samples - that I showed him, and thus wholeheartedly agreed to let me help.
Episodes 11 through 14 were made from scripts Cryo already had done before I joined, Episode 15 was written by myself, and Episodes 16 onwards were written collaboratively.
I know I haven't been quite as fast as Cryo originally was, but I always try to put out the product of calibre as high as I possibly can. Still, Cryo and I have recently been looking into how to get episodes of CTU out more quickly in the future. For instance, we're considering having Cryo animate Episode 20, while I work on animating Episode 21.
