I was browsing youtube the other day and found that there was an interview by the guys over at originalsoundversion.com with Mitsuda around late November of last year, right around CT:DS's release. It contains some interesting points about Trigger's soundtrack and points out several inaccuracies w/ the Final Fantasy Chronicles extra tracks... Namely that apparently they're NOT by Mitsuda himself but rather by Tsuyoshi Sekito, having been commissioned by the higher ups at SE. Mitsuda also goes into a bit about the soundtrack's background and reasons for differences between pre-release and final versions. ++ There's a ?confirmation/hint? of a Chrono Cross acoustic guitar album in the near future, so keep your fingers crossed!

Hmm, the SE site seems to be down (mysteriously convenient...) but I believe ya
I mainly posted to note that the PSX bonus songs are miscredited to Mitsuda and should be credited to Tsuyoshi Sekito in the Compendium's Trigger Music page.

Still, I guess it's there for anyone who didn't see it the first time :P

He didn't say anything about "One Sunny Day When We Met", so that's still unclear.

When Square released the PS version of Chrono Trigger, the fans got quite angry because of my lack of involvement.

No wonder! Square or TOSE must have been crazy to remove his name from the original credits.
