Nobody has heard from Zakyrus in a very long time. I know some of the members were working on the project with him. I think he has enough notes and to lists that if someone wanted to resurrect the project than they could. I still have the beta versions of these projects so if someone was interested I could send them the files to pretty much pickup where he left off.

I lost the website that the project was migrated to unfortunately. I also have long been out of touch with making the maps for it :(

I wonder how Zakyrus is doing?

I did some beta testing for the first act of Chrono Trigger + years ago and this was such a great ROM hack.

Thread necromancy. All I want to say is that I still think about this mod more than any other, and I wish it had been completed.

So I've been through some old threads related to finished and unfinished fangames, and I'm not really active on Discord...

Is this project still ongoing?

The last version I played (and loved) was v1.21. I also don't think I ever gave Zakyrus my testing notes, and now I can't find them. So if I need to replay a new version and take notes, I'm glad to do so.

I just sent many of the Files to Zakyrus, as he has been active again for the past couple years. I really had to do some deep scouring of my hard drives to get him some of the old Beta Files for CT+. Keep your fingers crossed that I had enough data for him to resurrect this project!

Fingers crossed. This was always a favorite project of mine.

I specifically remember the re-imagined Guardia Castle and how stellar it felt.
