Leah or Rhea
« on: June 20, 2009, 06:25:34 am »
Leah's original name pronounces like "Leea".
Perhaps that presents Rhea, the Titaness daughter of Uranus, the sky, and Gaia, the earth, rather than Leah the Biblical name? Since her father was in the sky and she was stuck in Gaea's Navel(joking though).

According to that Wikipedia article, she is also called the "Mother of the Gods". I recall reading somewhere that Ayla is Leah's daughter, and seeing as most of the people in CT are desended from her (including the Chrono Trigger PC's, who defeated a being who was more or less a demigod), they could be considered gods..

It may be worth noting that on one of those cards her name actually is spelled "Leea." For whatever that's worth.
