Personally, I think FFVII had horrid character development and a shotty story with a battle system that was pretty much the same old thing. In essence, too many lens flares, not enough substance.
I totally disagree, but oh well. ;p
They should just go underground and release a torrent of it when it's done on pirate networks.
They could still get sued.
The identity of the developers is known....
They could release go for an underground by claiming that they got hacked and their work was stolen but they would still risk a lawsuit.
(I'm not giving any ideas though.... *cough* *cough*).
They would be infringing on Squares rights just as much as Square is infringing on their rights by limiting their freedom to express themselves.
