Radical Dreamers Jap Label

A friend of mine is going to reproduce Radical Dreamers for me on a japanese SFC cart, so I was playing a little in Photoshop to see what I could do for a label design, and these are the results =D

This is the original design I had in mind, based on the title screen and many other labels floating around the internet:

Here are both PNG files in the original resolution (Photobucket downsized them), and the PSD file if you want to change/add/delete something. Toggle 'Layer 3' to view both designs.

I took the dimensions myself on a Super Metroid label (10,6 cm x 3,8 cm)

I'm no expert, so feel free to say what you think ^^

RD on Super Famicom? Sounds radical!  (How would he do that, basically?)

I think I would very much pick the second title-screen if I could. It's got the feeling of adventure that sometimes I miss in the traditional RD title-screen, which represents "mystery".

I'm not sure, but he said he needs a Secret of Mana / Seiken Densetsu 2 cart from any region (and other stuff he'll find himself) to do it. I found a japanese SD2 cart on sale very cheap in my country so I'm going to use that, the SHVC-K2 code is from that game.

I also like the second one better, actually that's the one I'm going to use =D

oh how is that fanmake of Radical Dreamers coming along? There should be some comic/ OVA of sorts. Like that one featuring Spekkio and Nu.
