This is my effort to uncover enemy modifier digits to use with the Gameshark enemy modifier code. I'll be updating this list as I discover more. The enemy database seems to have Beach Bum x2 placeholders from 005E onwards, with total enemy absences (instant victory, characters stacked on each other) somewhere in the 01XX region. The modifier code itself is 8006EBBE XXXX
Please note some battles can yield glitchy results, so for a failsafe, the instant victory code (holding L2+R2 when it's your turn, otherwise your game crashes) is:
