It's a sheer miracle if they got it to work on a cartridge. Even Prophet's Guile, for all its simplicity, was broken in several ways when someone tried to put it on a cartridge. If nothing else, it'll probably suffer from that black screen glitch at some point in the story. Has to be an utter and complete ripoff.

I came across this gem while searching for books on Chrono Trigger available in U.S. libraries: http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/chrono-trigger-jesse-russell/1112189510. It is described as "High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles!" It's also for sale on several South African domain sites for a few hundred rand.

Such Wikipedia printouts are often collected and sold for exorbitant prices by fly-by-night on-demand publishers, appearing as legitimate books. At one point it was considered as a library resource and given a brief catalog record (http://www.worldcat.org/title/chrono-trigger-crimson-echoes/oclc/855743436). I suspect the library later learned that this book was just a collection of freely-available Wikipedia articles.

Well black market thugs like that probably aren't going to give something valuable for that $95, so it's not really making money off Kajar Labs' work so much as it's selling someone an amalgamation of crap on a cartridge.
