There's no semantic difference between the two terms, even in the example you just provided. Looking it over, I think what you're talking about is that, according to your worldview, God is the only executor of a judgment, whereas ordinary people could make the same judgment but would lack the executory power. In other words, only God can actually send a person to Hell. That's well and good, but it is incidental to the fact that condemning is just a specific case of judging. It looks to me as though you're just trying to bolster your own sense of moral rectitude by claiming to be able to be aware of another's sins, yet possessed of a humility deep enough to compel you not to deliver the due punishment upon said person for those sins. In other words, you're taking an ego trip at the expense of your fellows.

Not really, since I usually don't talk like that to people. If they do something wrong, or ask me something like "do you like to steal" i'd saying "Stealing is a sin, I don't want to go to hell" etc.

In my one it is. If you're poor, and starving, then it only proves that you're a sinner and your bad luck is done by God, that and all your sins have come to your new life because you sinned to much in your past life.

Ha ha, now you are the one that is immature.
Maybe you should investigate other religions other than the one you have been brought up with (one of the Christianities no doubt) and than judge. I do not believe in original sin, and i don't believe in left hander being evil. We believe that the angel who writes down bad deeds lives in the left arm, but that doesn't mean the left is evil. Plus, i clean my shit with my left....

It's quite telling to see in you that the old prejudices against sinistrality are still alive and well here in the modern world! The only thing that lives in the left arm, or, more specifically, the left hand--other than flesh and bone and such--is an artistic potential for the unmade handiworks of man, the same thing that lives in the right hand. And that's a metaphor.

Anyhow, it's all in good humor. I just figured that Zaper's ridiculous claim deserved an equally ridiculous reply. Remember what he said, after all:

My fears are petty mundane.  I'm afraid about not being able to provide for my family, or worse yet, becoming a burden on them due to illness, injury, or just plain ol' bad choices.  

Yeah, you hit the big 2-6 and knock the wife up, and everything changes.  Even your fears.
