That's about a foot taller than the average American man. Drink a lot of milk growing up, ZeaLity? Logged Kazuki Temporal Warrior (+900) Posts: 948 My Rock Lee Workout plan « Reply #16 on: August 23, 2005, 10:45:23 pm » That would be scary if the average was 6'7" . I'd feel so tiny ( I'm predicted to be about 5'9" when I'm finished growing) Logged ZeaLitY Entity End of Timer (+10000) Posts: 10797 Spring Breeze Dancin' My Rock Lee Workout plan « Reply #17 on: August 24, 2005, 12:06:41 am » I ate uh...yeah, lots of dairy products and candy. I neglected it a lot for the IB program, so now my max is only about 210 or so. *hides* Logged Kazuki Temporal Warrior (+900) Posts: 948 My Rock Lee Workout plan « Reply #20 on: August 24, 2005, 02:20:31 am » If you're full grown, drinking a ton of milk won't do anything. Unless you're referring to when you were still growing. If so, then well I guess that's just DNA. 6'1" Is still fairly tall Logged Kazuki Temporal Warrior (+900) Posts: 948 My Rock Lee Workout plan « Reply #21 on: August 24, 2005, 04:21:23 am » Quote from: SSJosephMilk has nothing to do with it.All it will do is help you big strong bones, not longer or thicker bones. The height is just all programmed in your DNA, of course you can ruin this by 3 common things1.) Prebirth: Mom did things she shouldn't (Drugs, Alchohol, Bothering with her insides...youknow what Imean with that one)2.) Smoking: This can and will cause many other side effects as well.3.) Alchohol: Kids who drink, will shrink! And of course, we can always count on the unexpected...like an accident which broke one of your growth plates.Or being a pre-me baby, or just being born with deformation.Other then those reasons though there is no reason why there is a difference in height.Oh wait..I LIED!!! THERE IS!!!!!People who drink milk get tall because of all the growth hormones in the cows! Thus meaning, meat eaters are also taller as well because of these hormones. The safest way to go, and not worry about unnatural things in your food is this.1.) Grow you own veggies and eat them2.) Never use a non-stick pan, beleive it or not...put a small bird near a hot nonstick pan...it will dieFrom fumes that are undetectable3.) Drink lots and lots of water, this should down the chemicals you take in4.) If you must eat meat....raise your own Cow/Chicken/Fish/Lamb/PigThis is why I'm gracious that my family is very health conscious, and not the psuedo "South Beach diet rules!" bullsh!t- All the milk I drink is Organic- All the meat that I eat is free-range and is mostly purged of the hormones etc. It's kind of a b!tch to buy (no meat or milk for us from Stop and Shop, that's for sure >_>), but I know it'll payoff someday. I eat a bit of everything, I guess. My personal favourite is tuna salad. I tell ya, my mom can do some delicous things with a canned fish. Honestly, I can't afford to be "eat healthy"...If I was that picky, I'd easily be skinnier than I am now! Living in enclosed, cramped spaces (but who does that?) will also make one not grow as much Logged DeweyisOverrated Acacia Deva (+500) Posts: 576 My Rock Lee Workout plan « Reply #28 on: August 24, 2005, 04:49:54 pm » Quote from: KazukiTuna Salad is good, bu eating the stuff right out of the can I find is a bit unpleasant.I eat my tuna (one can every other day) straight form the can, and I actually like it. Mix in a tiny bit of mustard and you've got yourself a healthy snack! I ask because it is a little more troublesome to do squat, but experience and everything I've ever read tells me free weights is more easily applied in real life situations and also builds more coordination, etc. Logged Print Pages: 1 [2] 3 « previous next » Chrono Compendium » Zenan Plains - Site Discussion » General Discussion » My Rock Lee Workout plan
