Disclaimer: I am not fluent in Japanese.

Entering the katakana バンカーボート into Google Translate gives "bunker boat."

The same phrase can be seen in this picture:

コルチャのバンカーボート
Assuming the previous translation is correct, that gives "Korcha's bunker boat." We know Korcha is a ferryman, so my guess is "bunker" refers to the boat's purpose of carrying passengers and thus "ferry boat" would a more accurate translation.
