About party and non-active members

Hello there to all,

I hope you all are doing well. May I ask someone to help and teach me how can I disable the "Y" button to switch party members except if I talk to the party in the End of Time, I don't want to disable the button to move the text between above and below, I just want to be able to switch party members only if I talk to them in the End of Time.

And another one, can I be taught to make the non-active party members to not receive any exp points? I just want the 3 characters in the party to be able to gain exp, just them.

Hope someone can help me, and thanks a lot in advance.

The Y button disable is easy. There's a setting for it in Temporal Flux just set the story point to FF. Disabling the exp is also possible but requires hex editing.

Use a hex editor to change 0x01F9E6 from 20 to 60 to disable exp for reserve members.
