Those are just a few off the top of my head, beside Sephiroth and Kuja.

And of course, we just want to limit ourselves to the really cool silver-haired fellows. Fujin from Final Fantasy VIII doesn't really count as really cool.

Burning Zeppelin, you needs to play yourself some more RPGs, actually learn the characters' names, and whether they actually have silver hair or not!

No one ever said their hair was made of silver.

We're talking about hair color, not whatever the hell it's made of!

I mean, when you say someone's hair is red, do you mean it's made of "red?"

How can someone's hair be made of "red?"

"Red" isn't the name of a particular material, it's a color!

"Silver" can refer to the metal known as "silver" or the particular color that silver metal gives off, and that other objects, not actually made of silver, can give off as well.

On my TV screen, on my computer screen, and even printed images,
I all see platinum hair.

That was a bad example with "red".  Red is not a substance.  Silver is.  For example, using counter logic, if I said you have a metal car, does that mean your car is the color "metal"?  No, metal isn't a color.  One of the flaws in the english language is that words can have mulitple meanings, yet appear exactly the same in a sentenace.
