The XBox and GameCube came out within the same month.  PS2 came out a year earlyer.  I'm positive on that.  At least in America.

Revolution will have free online capabilites.  So unless Microsoft scraps XBox LIVE, and makes it free, then its gonna get its ass beaten with online play.  For online play, it (Rev) will be able to use wireless routers, hotspots, and they are also pushing (from what I've read) to get hotspots put in local stores that sell games and such.  My memory might be failing me.  But its a simple fact that the XBox 360 is looking to get beat.

But are you going to get content downloads, online roster updates and video chat? I think not.

I'm going to get downloadable NES, SNES, and N64 games.  Will you?  And video chat for a video game is the stupidest thing ever.

Xbox360  is there to deliver community and casual play
Revo is there to deliver retro and "just gaming" play
PS3 is there to deliver hardcore, fully psychedeliic play (?)

Gee, apart from Shenmue (but we all know that wont be on NR) Zelda and Metroid, the only other games could be:
Yu-Gi-Oh: Revolutiono-Now with NR controller for easy card playing!
Pro Fishing Challenge for NR
Bonk the Gophers
Mini Game Central
Mario Party Again
Yu-Gi-Oh 2
Star Wars (don't start Hadriel)

The NR is for casual, but to casual. It takes childish mini games, which i can play on my (if i had these portable consoles) DS, PSP or Gameboy. Heck, even my iPod. But with a controller that can point at the screen like a light gun. Oh the good times. As the NR Tech Demo Stall at TGS showed, they only showed Mini Games, good for around...oh...give or take 23 seconds. And by casual gaming I meant, login to PGR2, race your friend and get on with your life. NR tries to make you only play games, instead of other things like music and chatting that XB360 tries to do. But if NR introduces a download system for NR games, i'll be there like a...a...hot dog on wheels!

You know that virtually every sports game that's significant in the last number of years has come out for ALL consoles right?  And many other cross-all-3 platform games as well.  There were very few that came out on more than one platform that was NOT on the cube.

You're just proving that you bought into all the "nintendo is for kiddies" hype that MOST of the reviewers (and much of the public) out there completely bought in to.  Bravo to them for succeeding in spreading that nastyness, and getting people to believe them (like you), though it just isn't true.

I thought that was the point...Nintendo has a few of the cross-platform games from 3rd parties, but from Nintendo itself? Mostly just kiddy games. I don't know if people count the cross-platform games that much...

Did GC have GTA by the way? Man, if it sucked w/XBOX's controller, I can't even imagine how god-aweful it'd be on GC *shudders*
