A video game name is something rare enough that you won't often see it elsewhere, and thus have a hard time associating it with anyone but the video game character in question. It was spellt Rosencrantz and not Rozencrantz like in Vagrant Story (might be something like the only translation typo/mistake in the whole game though!). Maybe it means something in German too, I don't know.
