Zeality, I found a bug in the Colloseum patch. If you choose to fight alone, then leave the Colloseum, you CANNOT put anyone else in your party or enter any Gates (don't know about Epoch). [/b]

How'd you leave the colliseum after choosing to fight alone?  Usually you automatically get put on the staircases and you can't get through the guards....hm.

It should be fixed if you choose to fight alone again, beat the first guy then quit.

UPDATE:  

Did some looking, and you can get out before the line of code that moves you to the stairs is activated.  It's this horrible tendancy for after decision boxes ExploreMode gets triggered back on.  I have sent the fix to Zeality and if it REALLY bugs you you should be able to download a new version today, otherwise just do like I do and fastforward till your on the stairs.

The patch also opens up the Sunken Dessert if you tell the woman at Kajar (i think it's Kajar, might be Zeal Palace) to plant the plant. I'll keep a lookout for any other glitches.

I think he means right after you tell her to, as in the game doesn't wait untill the sidequests to begin.

It's normal, and a real advantage a lot of people miss. If you can complete the Sunken Desert at that point in the game, you'll score a lot of cool stuff.
