Chrono Compendium has unofficially become the Modding centre of Chrono. I tip my hat (thats good, right?) at the authors of such programs, but what my problem is, is that, Chrono Trigger is perfect. Period. It is also RPG. Period. I dont want new stuf to my RPG. I dont want stuff changing storyline, or the like. Colisseum looks ok, but it reminds me too much of in Fable when I killed whisper

but seriously, im content with certain perfections. Would you like it if Jessica Alba got breast implants, thouroughly ruining her trademark figure

I see it more like Jessica Alba taking off her clothes. It's a lil extra. The clothes are still there if you want 'em, and she'll always wear clothes and there will always be pics of her w/clothes on if you want to see her in clothes.

In the same regard I don't see how remakes, mods, or hacks can take anything away from the original. The original will always be there. Don't worry. These are just extras either to tell a new story, tell the story in a new way, or to enhance or change gameplay to make it more enjoyable or longer.

I agree with Mr. Translanka. The only problem I'm having with the Coliseum is the whole key thing. I'm not getting it. Do you actually need to find the key as an item? Or will you sort of just get the key for going through the story.

It was weird though, when I found the one in 2300, I seemed to be able to access both Easy and Normal...Or do I somehow have two keys? Whatever...I still haven't picked it back up...Working on Battle Network 2...^_^

I haven't tried it yet. I'll see if I can copy my progress in the normal (unpatched) CT to Coliseum. If this is impossible for any reason, then I guess I won't play it seriously...

I played it, bout 2 hours or something(minus half an hour to find these keys...the 1 hidden in the plant was nasty). I think its cool having a new challenge, but i understand that people dont like to play it.

I guess the people who won't play Coliseum are the same who don't want Square Enix to make a Chrono Trigger remake. In other words, the people who want the original unchanged and nothing else!

Not only is that funny, V_T, but so is the fact that I'm working on the development of a CT hack/sequel. Seems some people don't pay attention to every single little tiny detail of this forum.
