Hindu Pez Chrono Cross Project released!
« on: November 03, 2005, 01:58:32 am »
Hindu Pez, an auditory explorer of the Electroclash genre who dabbles in other electronica styles for fun, has created and finished a remix project covering five Chrono Cross songs. The results prove apt for chilling out or grooving to the game's tunes; just let the beat carry you away!

1. dead sea (waltz with death)
2. dream of the shore
3. ghosts island (synth warfare)
4. phantom ship (ass shaking in spooky gear electroclash)
5. shadow end forest

Project Booklet

Enjoy the new work, and once again, congratulations to the Heir to the Masamune, CyberSarkana!

I have yet to see a lot of his films in full. It's like James Bond movies; I've seen most of them on television, about 80% each -- but I've never had a chance to sit down and watch them. Vincent Price is an extraordinary guy.

Nice? It's exactly the original Mitsuda's music with some drums and effects. Not even remade.  :?

Let me explain something on terms of how remixes work. You have to have the original tracks to remix them. That's.....what remixing means. Taking all the components from a song and putting them in a new order, as well as removing and adding new things.

Since none of us can simply contact Square Enix and get the original works to remix, molest and remodel as we please, we're stuck with just adding things to the works, as well as tweaking and removing things from them.

So...if they sound exactly the same, that's why.

Well...  You are right. I'm sorry, I don't know in what mood I was when I wrote that... Sorry again, honestly.

It's all kool and the gang...I've gotten used to defending this particular piece of work since it's hit the hotwire/coldwire/netwire. But no offense taken.
