Yeah, weird o.o But after the freedom and vastness of Dalmasca, well...

And it's Archades, I think...

And it's Archades, I think...

It is.

I mixed the name up with the TLJ series' world of Arcadia.

I like Zeal, especially when getting there for the very first time. It had a "This place is nearly perfect but had a sense of foreboding...one of that where you know it's surely to be destroyed" ...Knowing that it was inevitable made it even more enjoyable.

The whole valley in Shadow of the Colosus.
I really loved that also, definitely on my top 10.

True!

Too bad Shadow of the Colossus isn't exactly an RPG.

SotC is like, my second favourite game ever. *hugs*

But it doesn't involve statistical character development of any sort- it is not an RPG.

Favorite place...hmm...I have many for games.

Tales of The Abyss - Coliseum -  Those are always fun because their's always Cameo battles from previous tales games and it's fun.

Chrono Trigger - I'd have to go with Zeal.  The place is just awesome.

When I saw this, I knew fear of Sephiroth. And the music...whew. What a scene.

Yeah, this scene is scary(the lightning in the background makes it really like a scene from a horror movie).
I remember I encountered the snake when on a chocobo...really surprised me.

---------

And my favourite place in Chrono series is Leene Square's ruin in CC, I like the sunset background.
About other games...perhaps Arreat Summit from Diablo II...

Favorite place?

Zeal. However, I like it better with the unity of the Enlightened and the Earthbound, kinda like Zeal under Lady Fate (Schala) in T.O. before Harle made her mess.

My favorite place in an RPG? Oh, god, there are too many!

I enjoy the Floating Islands of Zeal, but I also like it when the islands have fallen and everyone's together. The City of the Ancients in FF7 is high up there, too, along with Balamb Garden (no matter how many times I get lost there) in FF8, Terra in FF9 (not Bran Bul. Hate Bran Bul.), and Zanarkand in FF10.

Dali in FFIX. It's so relaxing and just... nice. Then there's a clever plot behind it and a dungeon hidden underneath.

The Magitek Factory in VI is awesome, too.
