Where in the game are those "Frozen Flame" comments I read in the script?  I've never heard them before...

Top of Terra Tower, before you fight the Dragon God. It would take inordinately long to get to that point of the game with every single character, so most people never naturally find more than a few of those quotes.

Well, yes, but nobody's ever said anything up there in my game...  Does someone besides Serge have to be in front?

Yeah, the scene depends on who is the leader of your party. So of course if it's Serge, he says nothing...
