Okay, even though it's still a mess and I need to get rid of some shit, here is my desktop. I must ask, though, V, what is that browser you're running? I've never seen anything like it. If anyone's interested in how Chrome looks, feel free to ask me.

Is fairly easy to process-of-elimination (isn't a folder, a player or an emulator) my desktop to figure out what it is: Safari.

I've never seen Safari. It looks pretty cool. Is it easy to work with?

I love Chrome's new tab system, though. It shows a bunch of pictures of your most visited sites, while on the side is your most recent bookmarks and closed tabs. You can change that if you want, but I love it.

It was either that or Firefox, and you(V) obviously don't have a mac.

I like how Chrome looks. But haven't had much experience with it. I heart firefox, and will post my desktop when I leave school in like 2 mins.
Safari is fast, and stable. Give it a whirl!!

Edit: Thar she blows! Minimalist, anticipatory, dare I say efficient? Nay. She's just an xp desktop with a Zune theme and a Crimson Echoes background I found somewhere (which I like because it's just the C, and in turn is Chrono-all-encompassing-including-the-Compendium). Also, my monitor is an Insignia 32 inch HDTV, if that's worth noting. Nothing to brag about though, as sitting back on the couch and going to any forum is fucking hard to read.

... how'd you change the start button color? I want mine to be different! I want it to match whatever desktop I have.

Um... later today I'll get a Chrome screenshot up. I don't want to now, though.

Google "Zune Theme". It came with later versions of XP, and I had to download it as soon as I saw it on my friend's computer. I always hated the default colors of XP. The Zune one is more "Halloweeny" from the orange Start button and the orange "X". I like that it's black, though. Watching movies is better with a black background, paintings are better when matted, and it's only right that the computer screen should work with the same logic, IMO.

The CE wallpapers were included in one of ZeaLitY's news updates. They're in the first post HERE. Looks like you're kinda covering yours up with all them icons though...>_>

Not intentionally, but I like the icons I use most in the center of the screen. I hate having everything in a corner. That's where menus and toolbars go. It's still a sweet background though, even if you can't see it!  :)

I like to keep my icons in the corners/edges so I can see my wallpaper. I don't like having a bunch of toolbars and such cluttering everything up. I tried playing with the toolbar a little on my Vista-lization theme thing for XP, but just preferred without it.

Nice. Mine has the Dead Sea's Leene Square, but too bad I can't post it (yet, and also more like once about to, but forgot) since I'm not using it right now. Until Saturday, that is.

The wallpaper is a collage from the Springtime of Youth Picture Thread that I made a while ago. It's also my Youtube background. It's just very vibrant and awesome.

There should be a button to the right of your F12 button that says [prtsc]. Press that. That button takes a screenshot of whatever is on your screen at the moment. Afterward, open up Microsoft Paint, or the Mac equivalent and press Ctrl+V to paste it. Then save it, and you're done.
