This may be a graphics hack but does anyone know how to alter the epoch text.  Say we wanted to change 1999 to 2100?

IIRC, that was real text being displayed.  The problem is that its locked up in the Mode 7 event code (along with the opening credits text).

Epoch text?  What screen?

If it is in Mode7, it should be plain ACSII...?

The screen where you pick what time era you want to go to.  (12000, 600, etc).
