Either way! The real way to put this slogan would be "Ich bin Chronopolisian." Putting the "ein" before the noun makes it an object, rather than a person, made in and/named after Chronopolis, and knowing how the Germans like to name their cities, it's probably some meat dish or pastry...or both. I'm not ruling anything out yet.

Is that really the message we need to send people? That we're a bunch of meat dishes?

Yes, RD, I'm well aware that he was spoofing JFK at Schoenburg. I just have a weird sense of humor.

For those out of the loop, what Kennedy said is actually closer to saying "I am a jelly donut." It's a small, almost negligible, grammatical mistake, but a funny one at that.
