Dark Crono needs a name

People have been throwing the idea arround of an evil Crono. Its a cool idea, that was probably generated by the fact that the editors have revealed and enemy version of him. If we are going to use such an idea in our fan fics he'll need a name, and since naming does not come naturaly to me I was hoping we could throw arround some ideas.

Hmmm nameless is a good idea. Or Even "The One With Hair Like Fire." Something creepy like that. It has a "Those we don't speak of" or "He who shall not be named" kinda feel to it. I think something like that works out for how he is known, but it might be good for him to have a name that he shares with only a few.

How about Crio? Krios is Kronos' brother in Greek mythology. Kronos defeated all his brothers including Krios when he wanted to become the leader of the Titans.

Ooh Ooh I got it. Chrono'99's tempus joke gave me an idea. I went to a Latin translator and looked up time, and got this.

Unus: one, only one, at the same time; single, alone, unparalleled.

Or when I looked up "same" I got.

Eadem: the same

Or

Zeit: German for time

Unus has a nice ring to it, and some interesting plot implications. That Crio idea might work too. I think we may need a poll when we get enough good ideas. Krono probably won't work just for conversation sake. "Wait, is that the Krono with a K or Crono with a C." He needs something a little more unique.

Kai is a Welsh and Scottish name that means "keeper of the keys".
Kai (会) in Japanese has several meanings, a.o.: 'meeting', 'join', 'association'.

The meaning works out well. Its association with DBZ might hinder its usability though. I think I'll put it in the poll though.

Kado has a japanese origin and means gateway. Which works well too.

Ok Soval may have to be out then. Shinrin is doing great things with Chrono Rebirth. We don't want to hinder that. These are good guys, lets keep it coming. We'll do a poll when we have got alot of good ideas.
