As for the 90 degree weather, tell that to Viper or Glenn. As for some other characters, their attire is appropriate now that I think about it.

The sort of clothing you refer to is not very practical for a sea-faring people.

That doesn't change the fact that she's in an archipellego at the time... If you're from the North Pole, and move to the Bahamas, do you wear the same clothes? I think not... You'd rather wear something that didn't keep as much heat.

actually, I think those are the same cloths. Infact, I think that shirt is her baby shirt from the orphanage. O.o
