memory address 7F0058

Does anyone know what the memory address 7F0058 corresponds too?  Particularly bit 1.  It seems to be setting itself outside of the events.  I currently have it set up (through debugging) where I can go in an area and it's not set, then through use of a debug room I simply set 7f0050 to 13, and all of a sudden 7f0058 bit 1 is set. 

I also add Lucca, Robo, Magus and Marle through the debug room so that could have something to do with it, but I'm pretty sure that's all that is going on.

So far, it looks like all the 7F0058 bits are for Factory Ruins related activities.  Such as the CopyTiles commands for opening blocked passages.  Robo is the likely suspect if it is PC related.
