Dalton is a comic relief character with a funny antics.

Not as funny as Ozzie, Slash and Flea.

Ozzie wears freakin' pants on his head, so... Well, I can't argue with that.

My vote goes for Azala. Few of those alternatives actually show much personality (for example Mother brain and Yakra) and that's what Im looking for here. Azala was kind of a sad character. I actually felt a little sorry for her. Also I liked how she gave Ayla some credit in the end for her being stronger than herself. The whole moment with these two arch enemies was kind of touching... not that Im the emotional type but you know what I mean

Queen Zeal also showed much personality but I didn't like her the same way as Azala.  While Azala was kind of devoted for her own folk, Zeal pretty much caused destruction for her people. Now someone might say that it wasn't her true personality and she was controlled by Lavos but I think that is also sign of a weak mind and selfishness.

Slash. Perpetual Levitation being my dream, this is quite an obvious choice. Not to mention psudo-ultimate swordsmanship skills.

I would have to say Azala, because she( I thought Azala was a he for sooooo long) is by far the most realistic ancient reptile humanoid monster thingy that I ever seen.

Ozzie wears freakin' pants on his head, so... Well, I can't argue with that.

I can cause he wears underwear on his head. Not pants. :-p

Dalton is funnier because he is so arrogant along with his eccentric nature. The Mystic trio is funny just because they are eccentric (and Ozzie is mentally challenged when it comes to planning a fight).

I once read a science fiction story about a group of humanoid dinosaurs that gained sapience and a basic culture right before the meteor hit. Being a science fiction story it was more concerned about getting anatomy and plausibility correct. But Azala has the most realistic character development of any ancient reptile humanoid monster thingy I've ever seen.

The poll shows I voted for Yakra/Chancellor. Hmm.

Is Azala female? Well, I know a lot of people have been saying it is, but is there anything in the game that states it?

Azala's gender is unknown. It is never stated once in the series and it cannot be guessed clearly.

Ozzie doesn't wear his (under-)pants on his head...Crono & Co wear Ozzie's pants on THEIR heads (which is probably why it induces so many status effects). As you can see in the pictures of Ozzie, he's wearing his pants as pants.

I liked Ozzie. He had to be one of the most hilarious villians I had ever seen even to this day. I still laugh uncontrollably when the cat hit the button that sent him down Wile E Coyote style. Throw in a little whistling sound, and you have premade funny.

I never liked Ozzie he was never funny and his dialog seemed to bland, I can not see way he is one of every ones favorites, I did like Flea and Slash. But Ozzie, never funny or entertaining, Dalton was the comic relief for me.

I love Flea-- he was the first cross dressing character in a video game I'd ever seen when I was little and first played Chrono Trigger. I think Flea/Magus was one of my first favorite yaoi Chrono Trigger couple too. I've since grown out of my yaoi-loving phase though. >.> The yaoi-fanbase killed it for me.
