Chrono fans have done it again

Every game series has its share of half-illiterate or flaming fans. The Chrono series in no different. Having taken a bad rap for the slew of idiocy that followed Chrono Trigger: Resurrection's cancellation -- including threats to sue Square Enix for enforcing its own trademark law -- Chrono fans have embarassed the group once more. As you know, a best series ever contest is currently going on at Gamefaqs. The Chrono series is not included in the lineup. Like you, I cried foul and sought to discover the truth. Here's a Q&A from Gamefaqs admin:

Yes, yes it was. People forget that the nominations are tallied up by machine count, and that spelling counts. Going back now, if I tally up all the people who nominated both "Crono", "Chrono", and "Crhono" ... (does some math)... the game might have been a 7 seed, but still more than likely doomed for an early exit.

Now, CJayC is a little in error about predicting the Chrono series would lose (suppose he forgot that Crono nearly won the character contest), but congratulations, Chrono fans. Learn to spell.

Ah, how quickly we forget the two golden GameFAQs rules: 1) that over half of the people at GameFAQs are retarded, and 2) GameFAQs.Polls.Are.Even.More.RETARDED!!!

Who cares about popularity? The Chrono series is about QUALITY.

I bet most people who spelled it wrong didnt even get the "deeper meaning" of the game(wait...was there one?)
I don't think you can judge the whole community by a pool posted on GameFAQs, because alot of us aren't even there.

But I know that this makes you angry, it is just stupid to like a game and write it wrong(a few typos can always occur).
