They weren't present, because Chronopolis did not exist due to the apocalypse. Thus, there was no reason for the Entity to pull Dinopolis to 7600 B.C. since Chronopolis wasn't there.

I think that answers your question well enough, though I'm sure someone else can give you a better one.

The Dragon God was in the Reptite dimension, watching and protecting the Dragonian society.

Or having yet to be dreamt by the Planet, who knows?

No, because they existed in the Dragonian world already, but until Lavos was defeated, and sent to the DBT like Schala, when Belthasar had to start his plan, only then did they come into Another World when Chronopolis was sent back in time, and you should know that.

Well, actually, in a  way, I guess you could say it hadn't been dreamt yet, but the planet's dream never stopped after CT anyway. And Dinopolis was simply a counter measure to Chronopolis.

There's equal evidence implying that the Planet merely ressurected Dragonopolis from a discarded timeline, and that the Reptite Dimension is merely a part of the DBT.

It can't have been in the DBT because that would have meant that Lavos Time Travelled to 65,000,000BC from the future of that world when Dinopolis existed.

The Reptite dimensions splitted off with the chance that Lavos may not land. Just like how Home world was created because Serge lived. I think the Entity has a back up plan, like it makes on save and calls it World 1, and then from that future, it went back to before the save state known as World 1, and instead made Lavos land, and called it World 2 etc. Though the predicament that it got it in is a different matter, and time travelling is simply an overwrite of the save state :P

This is where your argumentation becomes pure assumption.

So, you except that Lavos did land, just that the Reptites defeated him? I think not.
The game goes about this pretty simply, because Serge's case is reflected the same as Dinopolis' case. Dinopolis is a world where Lavos did not land. A world where Lavos did land became to be known as the Chrono Dimension.

I think Chrono'99's complaint is about your statement that the Reptile dimension split off of another timeline.

Yes, the Reptite dimension is a world in which Lavos didn't fall, and the origins of this world are unknown. There are some points in Chronopolis which suggest that there are infinite dimensions which only depend on "possibility". There are no point in the game suggesting that the Reptite dimension split from anything.

I didn't say that it split off from one timeline. I must have phrased it wrong, sorry.

I was trying to say, as I said, that because there was a chance that Lavos may not land, the Reptite Dimension was made from then, if at any rate. Remember, the CT world isn't the only dimension in the CT universe.

My main focus was on the "just like Home World": Home and Another are basically one dimension split in half, while the Reptite dimension is a totally independent dimension (there were no split per se as it was a dimension of its own even before 65,000,000 BC).

Regardless, there's an equal possibility that at the Time Crash, the Planet dreamed up "Oh, dammit, I wish it was the Reptites instead" or whatever.
