Fascinating. Kickstarter.com appears to be an investment website focused on communal funding of creative indie projects.

Yeah, I've heard about em. Has supported quite a lot of projects, both Indie closed-source and opensource. I reckon even NovaCut project started this way, aiming for $150,000. And if I remember correctly, =http://novacut.com/akshat.htmlthey've got a 14 year old Indian developer on board. XD
