In terms of movie celebrities and movies. You have A-Listers like Brad Pitt, B-Listers like Casper Van Diem (at least lately; the Starship Troopers sequel might boost him if it doesn't suck), C-Listers like...I don't know, Steve-O. No one cares about D-Listers, but they technically are in Hollywood in some small way.

Again, neat!

Though I wouldn't think much of it. Popularity in the eyes of the people never appealed to me, and I don't see why it should appeal to anyone else, even if you're just a D-List, as it's far more trouble than it's worth, what with all of the invasions of privacy and constant fan letters and what have you bugging you all the time...

Jeez, Dubai is on crack. They'll blow all their damn money on excessive skyscrapers in the middle of nowhere. But be warned; that treehugger site has a couple erroneous bits of info in their article.
