Something in Sephiroth's character declares that there is no growth; he has achieved perfection. What a...godly person, in the sublime sense.

George Newbern's voice is Sephiroth's best expression. I would vocally train if only to have that profound effect...

That's a great example of why old country music (as in 60s-70s) is clearly better than the modern. Before Garth Brooks, the urban cowboy, and the utter avalanche of crap that has persisted since, there was this simple kind of melodic music that never strayed far from musical roots. Don't get me wrong; I can't stand old old country, like that awful Carter family. But if there's something I will permit from the country side of things in my musical pantheon, it would be this kind of stuff. There seems to be an entire subgenre revolving around it, like those Eastwood movies (Every Which Way But Loose, Any Which Way You Can), The Electric Horseman, the Bob's Country Bunker segment of the Blues Brothers...it's an interesting piece of American culture. That Youtube video captures the spirit well.

I wish every copy of Carrie Underwood's singles could be amassed and burned, like Hoobastank's "The Reason" before them. If I have to hear "Wasted" or "Before He Cheats" one more time...

That is a great gameplay trailer. I've always loved Metal Gear.

That is a great series, but I have to agree with Zeality.
