As for meeting tonight.. well, it's 10:10 ish and no one contacted me as of yet save the people here.  However, I did give like no notice, and for that I apologize. 
Tell you what - tonight I'm going to rework maps and such.  Friday, we'll have a large meeting.  You can also try to contact me all week if you'd like when I'm on AIM.  Or drop me a PM or email and such.
Also, until we get original music, I'm not going to put a demo up to download.  So yeah, that would be appreciated.
In any case, drop me a line if I'm around.  Till then, let's get back to some seriously AWESOME work.

Are you guys using Rpg Maker 2003?  If so, try to bump the project to Rpg Maker XP.  2003 has to many limits on it.

True....But XP has so much more stuff it's capable of and could push this project even farther into development.  Meaning the graphics aren't stuck only to a few pixels do to the size of character sets.  And it can have as much as it wants.  It doesn't really go over the limit.

For the XP thing, we will leave that up to Solid. He's the person that's actually creating it. But we are pretty far into the game, so I think we'll bee sticking with 2K3 till the end. I'll be looking around today and maybe tomorrow for some people to help with sprites, maybe some of the "original music" you've been looking for too. Sorry if I can't contribute as much as I'd like to, I'm working on another project as well, and the other one is quite time consuming.

EDIT: Also, I have made a contribution to The Official Third Plot/Quest Thread for the next Alex quest.

I've been thinking about using RPGMXP, but I don't have the program, nor do I know how to get it.  Also, does it still use the same kind of battle system as RPGM2K3?  Not 100% sure.  But if people wanted, I could remake it all in XP.  Just throw let me know where I can get it (meaning via AIM) and I'll see what I can do.
Anyways, worked a bit more on maps last night and I'm liking them so far.  I'll see about throwing some screens up later on.

Uh, it uses the same battle as RM2k not 2k3.  You'd have to know ruby scripting, or you have to find scripts to mess around with to learn about it.  You guys can finish the project in RM2k3 then, have a remake of it in XP with better stuff.

Also forgot to ask, what version of RM2k3 are you using?

So XP uses a first-person battle system? And XP costs like $50, and I doubt he or us would want to pay that.

I got the Wii one from www.userbars.com

and the CT one from www.userbars.net 

The difference, in case you missed it, is that one is .com and the other is .net. Just do a search for them. On ub.net though, you need to be a member to get the userbars, I think. It's free though, so don't worry.
