Is the Chrono Trigger Retranslation Project going to be an actual patch for the ROM, or is simply just going to be a text file to be read as you play the game (ala the old Shining Force 3 translations)?

It is going to be a text file that you read as you play the Game, But I thnk some people are planning into making it a patch for the ROM
