I have seen this type of censoring.... Considering MTCRB(the FCC equivanlent were I came from) they censored almost EVERYTHING!!!!! No sexy scene, no gory scene, no obscene & profane languages & even labeling a documentary movie of a deposed president as Rated X(this is also part of their censorship to discourage people to see the truth!)  Yeah, I have seen shit that will make you tear off your hair.
