Question about Black Omen
« on: January 02, 2007, 09:56:23 am »
Why we can't see Black Omen since the start of the game?

Chrono Trigger seems to use a linear theory, so if you change somehting in the past, it will reflect in the future, and there's seem to be only one dimension

Is Chronno someway responsible for the arrival of Black Omen from the deep sea?

Cause if i remember well (theres sometime i dont play it, will play again), Chrono didnt had participation in the occurrance of this event, the maximum he did was try to prevent it throwing that dagger in the mammon machine

So if it was going to happen anyway without Chrono's presence or not in that moment, why we cant see it since the start of the game?

Any theories on this subject?

Interesting, seems to be a nice theory (or should i say fact?), especially for the pendant part

But, is there a speech saying Zeal is necessary to the BO rise? Or it's just speculation?

Of course it's nessessary. She's the one who does it. If Crono and co never interfered with the Mammon Machine, everyone involved would've been harmlessly strewn through time.
