Alright I got to thinking, Perhaps Radical dreamers takes place 10 years ahead of time of Chrono Cross. But Different World.

Radical Dreamers is a different dimension/reality from Home and Another worlds, as seen by the computer containing the opening text to Radical Dreamers in Chronopolis.

Not really. Chrono Cross was really a reimagining of Radical Dreamers as acknowledged by the director of Chrono Cross, Masato Kato. Basically, it's an entire other universe from Chrono Cross or Chrono Trigger and can't really be taken as canon.

Besides, how likely is it that there would be ANOTHER Viper Manor, with ANOTHER Lynx that just happens to hold ANOTHER Frozen Flame? It makes no sense.
