Remember that idea we had about filling the void at the bottom of the page? It just came back to me, and I think we should have a quote of the day there, or something similar.

Perhaps a rotating Chrono Compendium logo bit...we've got over twenty pages worth of choices to put in, certainly.

I don't like that idea, because it just gets annoying after time IMO.
And Quote of the day might be a bit to much work, maybe quote of the week or something.

Somebody thats in the compendium could be randomly chosen each week and then pm'd to inquire what the quote should be, or people could sumbit thier best quote (one per person per week) and then one is picked and credit givin to the person whoose quote is choosen, that sounds pretty fair to me :)

Most of them have nothing to do with Chrono, though.

So? Many sites have a quote of the day, that have nothing to do with sites content.

There's actually random selected, sexually explicit illustrations there, but you have to adjust your gamma or use those special red/blue 3D glasses to see them. A red filter and a blue filter will work too.

...why would you have random sexually explicit illustrations hidden on the main page of the Compendium?

To reward all the perverts who wear their 3d glasses all the time in search of secret messages.

The original intent was as a sort of watermarking/identification method in case someone rips off the site's layout by copying all of the HTML/CSS. As soon as they resave the images, the normally invisible parts usually become visible due to the compression artifacts introduced by JPEG or the color clipping done by GIF or PNG.

They weren't necessarily meant to be hidden though.
