Serge VS Crono (which one do ya like^^???)

Man, this is stupid..... there isn't even a freaking Poll! we all know crono will always be better (Okay thats what I say anyway) so we can just forget it.... they are essentially equal and alike. and without polls this arguement is going to go absolutly NO WHERE!!!

We should do a mock-up battle. Lets say we both have maxed out Crono and Serge, ultimate weapons and armor. All Techs for Crono and any element combination for Serge. Then we should pick an enviorment neutral to both characters, like a large field. We all should agree that if Crono hits Serge with Luminaire, Serge would be nice and crispy. However, Serge could have healing elements equipped on him, which he could use to patch himself up.

With these being said, the outcome would depend on how long it would take. Serge would obviously have the upper hand because he has healing techs, but only if the fight gets dragged out. Crono would have to take him out real quick, or it should turn into an endurance match.

But since it is nearly impossible to dodge magic, if Crono gets the first few shots of Luminaire, he wins. If Serge keeps himself alive after 4 shots (due to 99 MP cap, Luminaire costs 20, 20*4=80, one short of another shot  ..), Serge would be able to beat Crono with his own limbs while Crono justs hits Attack over and over again.

So, it depends on match length.  However, I would place my money on Crono, because he probably will land those crucial shots.

......Serge knows Luminair too. Plus his lvl7 tech is stronger than Luminair......Not to mention he has Holy Healing, and summons....

Dude... if Serge is at 99* we won't even have a fight. Serge will just rape Chrono. Not only is Luminaire Serge's lvl 5 tech skill, but you still have to deal with his high level magics like Holy light and Saints, not to mention he's going to peg Crono up to 6 times before even launching a skill. Plus that, Serge's master weapon is a STRONGER version of Masamune, and is a lot stronger then Then Crono's rainbow gear.

I guess this changes the outcome big time. Crono's only chance in battle is hit-n-run....

you don't get it in order to decide who would win you would have to say elements and magic are the same because the stat grow is so differnt because serge cant get to ** yet he takes off more than crono(- critical hits) and he attacks more than crono. so technically they can never fight, but if we fix it (serge always hits a 3 has his spectra swallow on at 99*s with the best assortments of elements armor and assories allocated) (crono lvl** best armor Rainbow assories equiped) I would say Serge would win do to healing elements summons and flying arrow, Crono's best chance would be attacking with luminair and getting critical hit after critical hit

Serge has Mastermune at the end of the game. He literally uses a superversion of Frog's sword. Hell, its on the coverart.
