pip in a second+ play through dose he evolve?

Because the first time I made him a butterfly and then when I got him back he had pounce+6 or 5 or whatever I don't think he can but I would hope so. Please someone reply

Pip will return to his normal unmutated state--I will say mutated rather than evolved because evolution is NOT a means to an end as idiots who keep harping on it in fiction think it is--upon a New Game +, and will mutate normally upon Star Level-up, though it should be said that if he is unmutated by level 99, he cannot mutate anymore.

No, he won't mutate so far as I know, because he needs a level-up in order to mutate.

I cannot be entirely certain of this as I never used Pip.
