None of the above. I recently just recieved Chrono Cross for the PS1. I tell you, I'm ecstatic! The soryline so far is actually pretty neat, as is the gameplay, though right now I'm trying to find the Hydra Humour for Kid. Any tips for having a party, or battling?

I skipped that part on my first playthrough, and I'm still on my first playthrough, so... Sorry.

ARRGGHH!!! I beat the hydra, but I FORGOT TO SAVE!! I accidentally stumbled onto the S.S. Invincible and died while fighting Skeletons. I was weak after the battle with Fargo, due to him killing me, so that's why it ended up that way. If I would've saved, I'd be much more satisfied right now...due to this, I've taken a hiatus from the game. :( Hopefully it shall end soon, though.

Advice for your party: Turn down EVERYONE. Try limiting your party to a very select few. Save yourself from the Pokemon madness for a New Game+. In the end, you just might feel better about the game.

when you are asked to save kid. say no. and you'll get glenn, which gives you and glenn a good attack.

To put it simply:

Choosing to save Kid
Korcha
Mel
Razzly

Choosing not to save Kid
Doc
Glenn
Macha

Pfffft...Glenn's overrated. No one person is really going to turn the tide for you in battle. They're all pretty much the same. If you actually have any trouble in the game, it's doubtful that it's your party's fault.

It's too late to not save kid anyways, since I already chose. I agree with the guy who posted before me, though. It's not the party that makes the difference. It's the skill of the player.

Don't overrate yourself now...

It's basically just about allocating properly for whatever you're up against or at least having nice, balanced grids.
