Making Chrono Cross harder

Well i know this is probably really hard to do but has any1 had luck hacking Chrono Cross to make it harder. I mean its a great game and is quite hard the first time. Now that I've played it 50+ times I need a new challenge...any ideas? thx for help.

You could... do a plain New Game instead of New Game +, maybe

(I have no idea but I'm helping obviously)

the key is in that color wheel changy thing. (It's been a long time, and Disc 2 doesn't work, so I never got to beat it. :(  )

hack that thing so it changes literally all the time. Just adding a new level of gameplay, right square?

Just limit yourself to Bone & Bronze weapons and your first two Elemental Levels...and, uh, only one accessory! And always have the same Elemental innate party! Don't use Serge! Use Guile (in conjunction with that first two Elemental Levels, that should be tough enough)!

Have you checked out Terminus Traductions' notes on Chrono Cross, Boozer? Most of us have been looking into Chrono Cross' graphical and musical aspects, but there might be some stuff relevant to enemy coding and the like in there. The toolset Terminus Traductions used is specifically meant for translation, but they got into a whole bunch of other stuff. Relevant Compendium entries you may find interesting:

Other than that, I wonder if there's any enemy-stat GameShark codes you could use?
