but at least Ozzie had an hideout to hide them. Yakra doesn't have any other bases besides the Cathedral.

One has to remember that in the original timeline, Frog and the Guardia search party didn't stop searching for Leene because they found Marle. So they presumably found Leene and slaughtered Yakra, leaving the logical scenario that he reproduced before abducting Leene.

That's one part I don't think I've ever understood...I mean, Frog seems pretty much dead set on finding Leene in the church when you meet him, right? As if he didn't really hear about Marle being found and thought to be Leene...So then, wouldn't he have just saved her on his own anyways?

More evidence that it truly WASN'T a grandfather paradox plot hole and that the Entity DID step in to whisk Marle away?

Who's to say Frog was the hero to save Leene. The hero was lost in changing in the timelines perhaps.

It was definitely Frog who saved Leene in the original timeline, who else could have done it, and he was already there.

I didn't mean in the original timeline, actually...but it's clear that he IS there in the church and as he says, he's on his guard. He also says that he's going on even w/o Crono & Lucca...So, unless we're led to believe that Frog would have gotten his ass handed to him w/o the aid of Crono & Lucca (c'mon, you've gotta give him more credit than THAT)...I think it's fair to say that Frog would have saved Leene regardless, so that Marle getting Grandfather Paradox'd doesn't make as much sense as Lucca at first believed.
