Ozzie, Dash, Flea question -How many laps?

how many laps do i have to do around that room after i defeat Ozzie, Dash, and Flea? That big orange thing in the room said it'll give me something if i do the correct amount of laps, and i want it . Could someone please tell me how many laps i have to do, because i really want this thing, and i dont wanna miss my only chance. (even if there is another way to get it, i want it now)

After defeating the 'Mystic Knights,' the orange octopus-thing will want you
 to run some more laps. If you run the exact number of times it has in its
 head, it will give the [DREAMER'S SARONG] over. It'll give three hints as to
 the right amount (in a hot/cold way) and the fourth time will the be the do-
 -or-die moment. If you get it wrong, no biggie; just re-enter and try once
 again. The number it thinks of will be less than 20 each time and randomized,
 but when it says "Whoa! Almost!" it means you're very close, within 2~3 about.

Yeah, it's really not difficult...I've never had to re-enter (didn't even know you could)...just keep cutting it in half. It's all about teh odds.
